Investment Technology Business Solutions Lead - (Franklin Equity)

In this role you bridge investment professionals and technology to enhance research workflows, portfolio management, and operations. You will build Power BI dashboards, automate manual processes, and support AI adoption to improve decision-making. You'll work with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, practical solutions that align with Franklin Equity's goals. Expect cross-functional collaboration, hands-on problem solving, and opportunities to shape data-driven workflows in a global asset manager.

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for fund and portfolio reporting
• Develop reporting solutions for performance, activity, holdings, and operations
• Identify opportunities to improve research, portfolio management, and workflows
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for tech teams and vendors
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external data vendors (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg)
• Evaluate data sources, tools, and integrations to enhance reporting and decision-making
• Champion practical AI use cases across investment research and operations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation and enhancement
• Develop governance for data, reporting, dashboards, and shared tools
• Support Franklin Equity information resources and governance

• 5+ years in investment management, financial services, technology, analytics, or business transformation
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Experience leading projects across business, technology, and vendors
• Experience translating business requirements into technology or reporting solutions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

• Strong business judgment and curiosity about investment workflows
• Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical users
• Influence and alignment-building with stakeholders

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis and manipulation)
